Hi! Born in 1994, I'm an artist with a passion for video games, horror, and heavy music. Creativity is at my core, and I express myself through drawing, engraving, and various other forms of art. That's why I started CryptidPixels — to share my creative passions with the world!In late 2022, I began focusing more on my art, launching my first batch of enamel pins. Frequently Asked Questions

I ship orders Monday - Friday. My local USPS office closes early on Saturdays, while I try to ship out orders on Saturdays as well, it is not always guaranteed.

**I ship orders out within 1-4 business days (M-F)**. Due to being just one person running every aspect of the business and having a primary job besides this, it can be tough. However, I do my best to get most orders shipped out the following business day from the date of the order being placed.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated and are based on your location as the buyer. Keep in mind, I do offer free shipping on all Domestic Orders $35+ USD and all International Orders $60+ USD.

On my Etsy storefront you may cancel an order automatically if i have not prepared the item for shipping. If the item has been packed for shipping, it may not be cancelled. You may message me and we can try to work out a solution but there is no guarentee.

Returns, exchanges and refunds are only possible under certain conditions, depending on specific issues: damaged products, package gets lost in the mail, etc. Please contact me with your issue if you want to see if your situation applies. If a return or exchange is agreed upon then; you the buyer, are responsible for any return shipping and making sure all items are returned in the original condition with all items, packaging, etc returned with it. Missing items or damaged items during return shipping will be deducted from the final return amount.

I do not, unfortunately. You may request a return (See "Do You Offer Returns" for what circumstances a return/exchange is accepted. Please keep in mind, per the return policy, you will be covering the return shipping costs.

I currently do take requests for comission digital art pieces or art prints. You may message me on Instagram, or via the contact form on the home page. (Please use the subject: COMISSION REQUEST). PLEASE NOTE: I do not take custom orders for enamel pins.
